The drawings from my exhibition ‘Of The Hand‘ started when a student said she couldn’t draw hands. So I went about showing her and so a series of 16 works were created.

This exhibition explored the effects of the hand at war. The collection exhibited at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, HMAS Albatross, NSW. Below are sections from three artworks featured in ‘Of The Hand’ exhibition.

No matter what my project, Luise helped to teach me not only how to draw but how to come up with ideas and combine those ideas to achieve more satisfying results.
